Why should you follow me?

People look on to so many aspects before following someone on social media. They are either celebrities, influencers, famous food bloggers, your favourite brand or simply your friends and family.

Apart from this, if you decide to follow someone else, it’s because you are instantly attracted towards their feed, or something that they are trying to say has caught your attention. And I would like to catch your attention with my page too 🙂

During my initial days of fitness, when I did not know what to do, or how to move on forward, Instagram and Blogs helped me a lot. Other people’s stories, what kept them motivated and their struggles were so relatable to mine and that kept me going!

That’s the main reason I started my Instagram page, and now this blog, so that this could be your go-to place when you want to take that first step, or when you are hesitant to take the next step.
