Salads are yum, there is no denial to that. They are easy to prepare, hassle free, doesn’t take up much of your time to make and is also extremely refreshing, nutritious and healthy.
So here are a few of my favourite salads (Part 1)!
CUCUMBER WATERMELON SALAD:

INGREDIENTS:
- Cucumber-1
- Watermelon- 1 slice (de-seeded)
- Mint leaves-10
- Dressing- Lime Juice, Olive Oil and salt
METHOD: Chop the cucumber and watermelon into very thin slices. Cut the mint leaves and add. Add the dressing and Mix well! And Done!
BENEFITS:
Watermelon and Cucumber are both sweet, refreshing and low in calories. This is an easy summer snack with easily available ingredients. It definitely satisfies your sweet tooth and also keeps you well hydrated.
THAI SALAD:

INGREDIENTS:
- Tomato
- Cucumber
- Onion
- Lettuce
- Bell Peppers
- Peanuts
- For the dressing: Lime Juice-1 Tbsp, Soya Sauce- 1 Tbsp, Green chilli-1, Garlic- 2 cloves
METHOD:
▪️Add all the chopped vegetables (except the peanuts) in a bowl
▪️Combine the dressing ingredients together in a cup and stir well. The flavours needs to get absorbed. ▪️Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well. ▪️Top it with the peanuts and serve!
BOILED EGG SALAD:

INGREDIENTS:
- Boiled Eggs
- Tomato
- Cucumber
- Coriander Leaves
- For the dressing:. Olive oil, Chilli Flakes, Black Salt
METHOD:
Simply slice the egg, veges, add the dressing & garnish with coriander leaves.
